You simply submit photos of your items for our approval and we agree on prices before the items are delivered to us.  Our agreement is a standard 90 or 120 days based on your/our requirements.  Once the agreement lapses, you have 10 days to retrieve your goods before they become our property.   

Please email pictures of your items to: carriagehouse@telus.net. We will evaluate your photos and call or email you with our questions within 48 hrs.

Returns - The Carriage House does not take returns on any purchased item. 

Re-Claims - If a consignor wishes to pick up any item prior to termination of  the agreement a storage fee of 5% of the cost of the item will be charged.  This handling fee must be paid prior to pick up.

At this time The Carriage House will not ship from the website.  Pick up in store or please contact us directly for alternative shipping options.
